(1)To execute the random check on the equipment efficiency test of Phase II vapor recovery facility from 230 Gasoline stations;(2)The related propaganda of this subject matter;(3)To assist public section to implement Gasoline Vapor Recovery Control Policy;(4)To print Gasoline Vapor Recovery Control Policy advance and implement result. The detail achievements of these four sections will be described as below: To execute the random check on the equipment efficiency test of Phase II vapor recovery facility from 230 Gasoline stations. The Air to Liquid Ratio (A/L) test is conducted to 230 randomly selected gasoline stations. It demonstrates 43% (100 stations) of (A/L) test are full compliant with approved standard and average qualified rate is 83% for gasoline nozzle samples.
